1. Returns & Replacements
(A) Return/Replacement Request:
You may raise a request for return or replacement within 7 business days from the date of delivery only in the case of a damaged or defective product.
However, returns or replacements will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product shows signs of physical damage not caused during transit.
- The product is returned without original packaging, manuals, or accessories (such as boxes, leaflets, etc.).
- The product has a tampered, unreadable, or missing serial number.
- The EAN/Barcode is removed or damaged from the original packaging.
- The product was custom-made or personalized specifically for the customer.
(B) Return Shipping Charges:
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect or damage, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to the address mentioned in your delivery invoice.
(C) Replacement Scope:
Replacements are applicable only for purchases made through our official website (www.balajiagarbatti.com), and are processed upon verification of supporting documentation (such as photos of damage or defect).
2. Return/Replacement Disclaimer
Any decision regarding return or replacement is at the sole discretion of Balaji Agarbatti, and our decision shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our return/replacement policy at any time without prior notice.
3. Product Disclaimer
Due to ongoing efforts to enhance product quality, the actual product delivered may slightly differ in appearance or packaging from images shown. We are not responsible for any typographical or descriptive errors, including pricing mistakes.
4. Order Cancellations (by Balaji Agarbatti)
All listings and services on our website are an invitation to offer. We reserve the right to cancel any order without providing a reason, particularly in cases where:
- The product is unavailable,
- The order does not meet our internal policy guidelines, or
- The order cannot be fulfilled for unforeseen reasons.
If an order is cancelled by us, we will notify you promptly and process any applicable refund in a reasonable timeframe.
5. Refund Policy
In cases where a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or wrong product has been delivered, we will offer a refund of the product value after receiving valid proof (images, unboxing video, etc.).
Please note: Shipping charges, packaging fees, payment gateway fees, or COD charges are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations by Customer
If your order has not been shipped, we will accept cancellation and process a full refund. However, once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has started. The customer agrees to accept the decision made by Balaji Agarbatti as final in all such cases.
